Lisa Talbott officially took over Executive Director duties at New Phoebe House Association this month – but she is no stranger to our organization. 

Lisa has been with us since 2017 when she joined the staff as our Business Manager. After a year and a half in that role, Lisa transitioned to Associate Executive Director, where she led the residential case management team, oversaw aftercare, and created ways to navigate the trying times during the pandemic. Since taking over as ED, Lisa has worked tirelessly to provide staff and clients support to manage the unprecedented challenges of the past year.
 
Looking forward, Lisa is focused on how to best meet the needs and better the services for mothers and children who come to us for support. When not at New Phoebe House, Lisa is busy raising her son, working with flowers, and playing with her 5 dogs.
