We are very excited to introduce the talented individuals we recently welcomed as members of our staff. Change can be difficult. Fortunately for us, that is not the case with these women, they have fit right in and are already making a difference in our programs. Without further ado, we present:
Lily Bieletto, Phoebe KidsPlay Director. Lily joined our team after her studies at the National University of Ireland, University of Minnesota, and University of Washington. Her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Psychology and Endorsement in Elementary Education are well-suited for her role at New Phoebe House. Lily comes to us with experience gained at First Place Scholars and SOAR Academies in Tacoma. She is already busy implementing trauma-reduction programs for our little residents.
Rachel Hogan, Vocational Manager. Rachel brings 12 years of experience serving individuals with chemical dependency and mental health challenges and those experiencing homelessness. She attended Tacoma Community College to receive her Associate of Applied Science as a Human Service Professional and has worked as an Employment Navigator and Housing and Employment Case Manager. As our Vocational Manager, Rachel is helping our mothers with job readiness, computer basics, and reducing barriers to employment and education, all of which will help the women on their journeys to self-sufficiency.
Lisa Talbott, Business Manager. Lisa is completing her Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern California. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Brandman University. Lisa brings years of nonprofit experience in accounting and business operations. Additionally, she has managed large-scale childcare operations, facility management programs, and capital campaigns. She has done extensive volunteer work in the Gig Harbor and Tacoma communities. Lisa is handling the business operation, including all financial functions.
