Since 2002, New Phoebe House has served Pierce County moms in recovery and their children with our transitional wrap-around program.
To celebrate, we want to give families an opportunity to create lasting memories at our free kids carnival. Later in the evening, we will celebrate with a live band, bbq, and community-building event.
